As I mentioned last year, I always like to reflect before the start of a new year. It’s important, and necessary, to look forward and plan, but to me it’s equally important to reflect. In looking back, I feel both proud for all that I accomplished and eager to get started on all that I want to do. Change is brewing in so many wonderful ways. We are starting the new year in a new apartment filled with awesome. Mike and I are equally committed to each other, our families and our drive to live creative lives.
This year saw me travel to all sorts of places. We took a trip to San Francisco to visit my sister-in-law then drove on the Pacific Coast Highway during a day trip to Santa Cruz. We went to the always spectacular New Hampshire where I broke in my Mamiya C220 for the first time and ignited my love of film. I flew across the Caribbean to St. Kitts to visit my best friend. We saw New York in the rain and discovered Boston during a workshop. At the end of the year, I also went to a workshop that has proved to be a complete and total game changer for me. I just got those film scans and can’t wait to share.
I would not have been able to accomplish all that I did had it not been for my amazing husband, whose pictures are all over this post. Likewise I want to thank our families, friends and all of the clients who trust us with some of the most important memories of their lives. Blessed does not even begin to cover it.
This is a post filled with pictures with both personal and client work. It’s all mixed together because, in my life, there is no distinguishing between the two.

Can’t wait for all that the new year will bring. Here’s to happiness to you and yours.
Love, e
