I found it hidden beneath dusted paperbacks and hardcovers that looked like they had been there since the thrift store opened. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. I stared at the cover and wondered what was the big deal. I bought it anyway. It was the summer before I headed off to college and there I sat in the Lifeguard station unable to put the book down. That was the summer that started my obsession.
It’s no lie that I love all things Harry Potter. Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows, the seventh and final book in the series, is my favorite book of all time. I could go on for hours about how wonderful the series is, how much it teaches its readers, how much it changed my life so to speak, but I won’t. Instead I’ll just show you the trailer to the final movies of the series. I geeked out right here in my tiny office this morning when I watched it.
Two words: CAN’T. WAIT.
Love, e
