Watch Me Grow: Alejandro

I’m starting a series called “Watch Me Grow” where I take pictures every month of a baby’s first year. My first baby is Leslie’s little Alejandro. I took pictures of him when he was still in the belly and again when he was only weeks old. I’m actually set to shoot him again this Sunday. It’s going to be a wonderful experience to watch him grow and become a little man. I feel so honored to be trusted with these pictures.

Like I said, in my sneak peek, he fell asleep on my shoulder mid-shoot and I can’t describe how peaceful that made me feel. Here are a few of my favorites. Be sure to check out the full slideshow at the bottom complete with a lullaby version of The Cure’s “Just Like Heaven”. I was not kidding when I said I loved that song.

What a great little journey this is going to be.
