I Picked a Buffalo

Every year my mother-in-law has us pick these cards with a Native American Totem Animal on them. You pick one then read the information on that animal and what it meant to the Native American people. You also read what picking that animal means for you for the year. This year, I picked the Buffalo Totem, which is the animal of prayer and abundance.

If I am to honor the card that I selected then I must, “be humble enough to ask for assistance and then grateful for those gifts.” Sounds simple enough.
